Measures of Success

So, other than sounding like a Star Trek next gen title, I have been contemplating how we measure success in a capitalistic society. I've made a few sales in iBooks, but I suppose the bigger measure of success is the next project. With that in mind, please, buy my book. ;) As for the next project, here is a pencil of the character Addy before her morning coffee.

Success is a strong word. However, it is up to the individual if he or she is determined to achieve success. I'll give you an example. I was once an Executive Director of a large oil company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. During that time, my company's assets soared, acquiring millions of dollars in revenues. What's the secret? My answer is determination. Having a strong mind can change your life. That is the reason why most successful individuals are powerful as well.
