Yeti-men and fur women are a pretty common site up here between November and March. If anything, I just left out the flannel.

I imagine we've all been there. I get the distinct feeling I'm there all too often. Thanks for checking out the site. "Sonder" issue one.
Well, I have been working on the next issues while is clean up my scans of issue 1. Enjoy the final inks/screen tones in a section of issue 1. You can see the pencils further down.
While inking issue 1, I have been listening to iFanboy, 11 O'Clock Comics, Fat man on Batman, etc. I'm always thinking/talking comics. I don't mean to be meta when I have comics in comics. I've related to a lot of people in my life through them. How could I make a story of two people without them?
I'll be inking and testing my knitting pattern for the mittens in the image above for issue 3 or 4 over my next couple of days off. The patttern will come free either issue 3 or 4.
I finished scanning the pencils for issues 3 and 4. Enjoy some screenshots of my raw scans. Miles to go before I sleep on this one. Still having inking and lettering in my future.
I am almost finished with the pencils for Sonder issue 4. Here is a little piece of page 24 on my drawing board now. After I finish the pencils for issue 4, I'll start inking 1-3, so look forward to that. If you want it without the black bar, you'll just have to read it, but I'd like to keep my posts as E rated as possible. Let's face it nudity is too good for an E rating.
Please, check out my comic on Comixology. It has been a long road, and I am proud to finally call myself a pro comic artist.
Go to ComiXology! Cheers! Pidge I am on comixology!!!!! This makes it feel more real. I don't know how long it will be until it's available, but I'm excited. Natch.
So, other than sounding like a Star Trek next gen title, I have been contemplating how we measure success in a capitalistic society. I've made a few sales in iBooks, but I suppose the bigger measure of success is the next project. With that in mind, please, buy my book. ;) As for the next project, here is a pencil of the character Addy before her morning coffee.
Palindromes is now available in iBooks. It's had some success, so here's to it! I hope it reaches people. It came from a sincere place.
I celebrated by penciling 3 pages for Sonder issue 3. Here is a screenshot snippet from the pencils from Sonder 3: Today, the first Pidge Comic was submitted. Let's see how this goes. As a treat with the new website, here is a digital print I did for a friend a few years back. It captures how I see cap in that he is in fact a punk. His history is littered with anti-government and anti-establishment stances. This has alternately been titled "Punk Cap" and "Not Your Dad's Cap." Whatever works for you.
